got tired of hearing my business partner screaming into the speakerphone (he's afraid to put the cell phone to his ear). This was the perfect alternative! He can use the speakerphone (which the quality is great) or simply pick up the handset and use it as a normal phone.Sound Quality is very goodOverall product quality is very goodSetup is quick and simple.

I love this dock! I work from home and use my iPhone as my business phone. This dock has made my at home office work so much better. I use the speaker phone mainly, but can pick up the handset if I need privacy. You won't be disappointed with this dock. I hope they come out with one that is compatible with the iPhone 5, so I can get it when I upgrade.

Worked Great! (while it worked). I unpacked & setup my new unit only to discover it had a non functioning speakerphone mic. Altigen sent me a replacement unit which lasted for about 60 days before it quit functioning (LEDs on all buttons stay lit up). Original shipping costs me about $15, returning the defective unit cost me about $30 (with packaging & insurance), so being that it is beyond the refund period of 30 days, I will just cut my losses at this point & accept the fact that I basically have a $195 charger (not sure how long that will work).

Red mute button started flashing constantly six weeks after purchase. Notified manufacturer customer service, who told me that it indicated a "hardware failure" and that the serial number I purchased was out of warranty.

Nice dock phone. Just as advertized it is used, but it looks great. Its just what I wanted for an office phone for my Iphone.

This product is good and very useful in general but there are some minor issues in this product made the joy of using it incomplete. The first problem I had with it was the difficulty of other to hear my voice while am talking with them and after I hear this compline from different people I notice that the mic in the product headset designed with hole only and I think because of doing other things while talking accidently I'll close that hole. The second problem I found that the Bluetooth connection is strong but this is a disadvantage because when I went to my boss office which is around 7 meters away from my office and my phone ring and I answered that call I'll be able to hear the person who called discontinued because sometime the phone speaker will activated and the other time the iFusion speaker will be activated.

This is ideal for a home office. Allows you to use speaker. It's nice to use a hand set opposed to wearing a blue tooth.

like Bluetooth connection when iphone is on base. Clarity is good. Like the handset. Like the speaker option. like the sleek look.
