The best multivitamin I have found, that works for me, have tried many brands, with little to no difference in energy, my wife and I were trying for a baby, and these definitely helped maintain energy levels.

Only problem with them, is that i need to find a way to stop eating the whole bottle at once. It has a 5-10% taste of medicine, similar with those fizzy vitamines, but tbh, they are multivitamines not candies to give on halloween. Overall taste is super fruity, nice texture, and they come at a great price.

You will never forget to take your vitamins again with these - they are delicious! I bought these for my Husband after being a convert to the Alive Women's Energy Soft Jells. Hubby thinks they have a peculiar smell to them, but I don't notice it.We both used to take the Alive daily energy non gender specific tablets, but they were so large and unpleasant to swallow, that we often missed doses. I didn't want to switch brands, as I like Alive's formulation which includes a fruit and veggie blend along with the multivitamin. I definitely now feel the benefit of taking them regularly, and I feel confident that my husband will too after some time (provided he remembers to take them).I previously thought tailoring vitamins to gender was a marketing ploy but I'm now starting to think there may be some science involved, as our bodies do have different needs. Now on to the catch ... you need to take two soft jells per day - which makes for a somewhat pricey tub of vitamins. Worth it though.

The Jells are a little bit of an odd texture at first, but this is not an issue and you soon get used to them. Good all-round nutrient content (many similar jells have very limited vit/mineral content), and reasonably priced for the tub quantity. Great if you struggle with pills/tablets. Overall a good buy, will purchase again.
