Perfect

Although I agree with many reviewers that this product can be difficult to use, I actually like it alot. After drying and styling my hair, I scrunch on this product. It holds better than hair spray and my style lasts all day. I agree that it is very sticky and if you have a tender scalp, as I do, it hurts the next day when restyling. It is a minor price to pay. I will also qualify by acknowledging that I am using this product to hold the slight curl that I like to have as I don't want my shorter hair (about chin length) to be straight and love the slightly soft curl effect I can create. The second day after washing and styling my hair, I lightly run water through my hair to restyle and it is great and holds all day.

This newer version of Rene Furterer's Vegetal Sculpting Gel is nowhere as good as the original version. Once it is on the hair it does it's job, but the problem I have with it is it's overly gooey consistency from the tube. This renders it difficult to get the right amount out, especially since this new improved version tends to gum up and stick around outside the tube opening. Hard to wash off. The old Vegetal Gel was much easier to use, had a better consistency and held just as well. I have no bloody idea why Rene Furterer took it out of production. But it might not be a bad idea to bring it back in. I won't buy another tube of the current gel if I can find a different product somewhere that's a little more like the old Vegetal Gel.

Too sticky

I gave away my new tube after 2 uses. This is a very hard hold product. It actually hurt to brush my hair that night/s. This is not a good replacement for the original Rene Furterer Vegetal Gel.

Not the original cream. This stuff is like putting glue in your hair.

Rene Furterer in the past has produced very fine products so I did not hesitate to purchase their hair gel only to be met with great disappointment. Too pungent and the perfume would not dissipate over time. Very disappointing.

The old Furterer vegetal gel in a shorter, bright green tube is what got me buying Furterer. This newer tube (not really new anymore) seems to be a different product. It’s glassy when it dries, gunks up the tube badly, and doesn’t spread on hair as well as the old stuff. Wish they’d change it back.

verwende ich seit Jahren bin sehr zufrieden - Lieferung war auch zügig - finde das Produkt im Vergleich zu anderen Produkten am Markt (in den Drogeriemärkten) etwas teuer - letztlich bleibe ich aber dabei da es sehr angenehm zu verwenden ist, der Duft sehr zurückhalten ist.
