This book has about 5-10 pages of actual useful insight and guidance. The rest of it is a bunch of blanket statements , bullet points and the stuff you find on Google search. The Akashic records part is incredibly vague and the Twin Flame stuff slightly less vague. This is a decent read if you don’t know anything about either topic. If you have basic knowledge of either , skip this book and save your money. I’ve seen YouTube videos with better structure and depth than this book.
