This lamp is adorable, it was relatively easy to put together but I do feel like it is a two person job to get it done straight. I have very high regards for the seller also because they contacted me when it was due to be delivered and were very worried about me not receiving my product on time. I received it only a few days late though. It came from overseas so shipping times are NOT the sellers fault. I am just very happy with how they took care of me. I honestly had forgotten about it until they messaged me and I was like...oh yeah I forgot all about that! I am so happy it came though because it really is adorable. It isn't very bright but you could try a brighter bulb but it is really perfect for a nightlight.

It is very easy to assemble and you can do so without instructions but it is better to follow in their order. I absolutely love my lantern and keep it on all the time. Like other reviewers mentioned I used a low wattage LED light so it gives off slightly brighter lighting without getting hot. I consider it one of the prettiest decorations I have in the room. It is decor though and does not make a good light to read by.

Update: I provided the same feedback below to the seller who tried to make things right by sending me a replacement. Unfortunately, that one was damaged as well. This time the top was cracked where the pre-drilled holes are. This just speaks to the very poor quality of the materials used. After some wood glue, clamps, a black sharpie and very gentle assemby, I was able to get two working lamps. Without a close inspection, they are OK at best. ——————————————————— Aside from having to wait 2.5 months for this to arrive, this has to be most cheaply made product I have ever seen! Isn’t worth $5 let alone the $20 I paid! The “wood” split during assembly (see photo) because predrilled holes were crooked and the wood is so cheap, I’m surprised it arrrived in one peice.

It was about what I expected for the price...It should probably even cost less in my opinion. If you have kids, don't get this! It assembles easily, but I image it would break just as easily. It looks cute, but it's hard to get a bulb in once it's assembled. The materials are cheap, and it sits just a little uneven on a level surface. But overall, works well as a night light for singles who are aiming for a theme look in their bedroom...But even for us, that bulb change is gonna be a pain. I definitely recommend putting the bulb in prior to assembly the first time, and hopping for some longevity in it's use. lol

I adore the paper lantern look, as I do most traditional things, though it was a bit of a main to assemble. I’ve read that seems to be the problem for most people, but once you figure it out it’s pretty easy. Definitely worth the money for a soothing night light. It’s not bright, like it should be, and fits nice with my weapons collection and manga/plushies. Very soothing at night. I’d give it a high comfy level and would caution that some of the holes pre-drilled didn’t line up, though you definitely can’t tell from a distance, so oh well. Nice for the price.

This Lamp is really SMALL. I mean, really small. It uses a small nightlight bulb that makes it really dim. The frame is Balsawood. Super soft, breaks super easily and the softness makes it difficult to assemble. For the money, it really isn't worth it. Sooo disapointed

Very inexpensive lamp that is of expected quality. One rice paper panel was a little loose but the other three were great so I just hid that one. The bulb is almost a nightlight and it was serene so I kept oe bulb. I did use glue to keep it together better although I believe you can assemble without Has a nice look to it and is exactly what I wanted on my nightstand
