The tablets have a mild berry taste and easily dissolve under the tongue. The quality is good. Only problem is that these gave me massive headaches, and digestivr discomfort/rumbling, even when I took them in conjunction with food in the morning. I was hoping these would give me more energy than the Hydroxo B12 ones I previously took. Hard to tell if they did, but will be going back to the Hydroxo-alone tablets (same brand), since I didn't have side effects from them. I have had several digestive surgeries, and am probably more sensitive to most people.

Easy to swallow and no side effects.

Some people with the combination of double MTHFR genes and double COMT genes can be sensitive to the typical types of B12 used in vitamins, cyano-cobalamin (derived from cyanide) and methyl-cobalamin (which can metabolize too quickly). That can lead to feeling jittery (similar to caffeine jitters), irritability, mood swings, depression, anxiety, and aggression. Those other types of b12 were seriously doing me in! I was snapping at family members for no reason, starting fights. My moods were like a yo-yo.Enter hydrox-adeno b12... This replenishes my b12 and gives me a calm support of energy. It metabolizes slower because it has to go through many different pathways in order for the body to use it. That keeps it from hitting your system like a sudden jolt. I feel awake and alert but never jittery. And, ever since I switched to this type of b12 approx 4 years ago, I've noticed 2 huge improvements:1) No more irritability and snapping at people over nothing! Completely stable mood!2) My heart palpitations and a-fib that used to happen many times throughout every day, now only happens if I've forgotten to take my vitamins for a couple days in a row. And that only happens maybe once it twice a year. The result is incredible!

With this we have seen a noticeable increase in energy. It took a month or so to "build up", and we thought it might not be making much of a difference then, but when we stopped taking it we all felt a definite difference, we felt more tired, had less energy. After starting again and continuing to take this daily, we have all noticed that we get more done--motivation and energy have definitely improved. There is no significant taste to the lozenges. They are simple to take. I highly recommend them.

the best b12 i’ve ever taken! no jitters, and they have a pleasant taste. my only complaint is that sometimes they come with oxidation spots on them when i order them from amazon, but it doesn’t affect anything other than looks.

For someone with combo MTHFR and an intolerance to methyl, I find these b12s to work well for me. They absorb well, and I know this because I am always having my B12 tested in the lab. They don't give me the agitation that methyl products do. Those of us with MTHFR know we cannot take anything with cyanocobalamin, which is the cheap B12 most products have so this is a nice alternative. I've tried the hydroxo alone but feel this one with the adeno works better for me. I like the seeking health brand, I used to buy their products on their website but found it more convenient here on Amazon. I've tried many b12s and this one seems to help with brain fog a little better.

Great supplement for those who do not want to ingest cyanide when they take a B-12 supplement. Cyanacobalmin is a troublesome form of B-12, which this does NOT have.

It’s been almost 7 months of experiencing SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth). I haven’t been able to tolerate my sublingual vitamins/anti-oxidants and have certainly experienced the restorative benefits of slowly reintroducing them. This is vitamin B12, too important to be without. I have great respect and appreciation to Dr. Ben Lynch, ND; I trust his company to provide quality and expert design.
