There's just too much garbage selection on amazon for people to find worthwhile products and meanwhile, the good stuff doesn't sell well enough to keep going. This is a great product. I gambled and bought based solely on the reviews here. I have tried SO MANY lotions, creams, ointments and other treatments for my special needs son's skin problems. He has sensitive skin, lots of allergies to so many possible ingredients, bad excema, asthma, his skin is dry but the real problem is calluses. He runs barefoot constantly. I mean the guy is a full-blown cardiologist session all day everyday. He spends a quarter or less of the day sitting or standing, the rest of the time he is on his feet, running back and forth, bouncing endlessly from one foot to the other while standing in place, things like that. All that action causes huge calluses to build up around the base of the underside of his toes, on joints, bends, balls and even on the sides of his feet where when he does actually sit down, he rocks on crossed legs and rubs his feet raw on the bones. Inevitably, the dryness and constant intense action causes the calluses to split and they split deep. He gets these terrible cracks on the bottom of his toes and in between where the toe meets the foot. I have spent years and so much money trying every kind of treatment for this. Soaks, scrubs, tools like pumice stones, sealants, acids, I cant even think of it all right now. Everything from homeopathic home remedies to peels to first aid hacks to so famn many lotions, ointments and creams. So many were supposed to be exactly for my problems, from big name brands... nothing helped like this cream. Idk why this is so special, especially since I've triedany products with similar ingredients but it works, it works well. I've been maintaining for so long I can't remember the specifics but I know it treats bad dry skin overnight and softens and heals calluses and splits within a week or two. I soak his feet every night at bed and it's completely transformed his feet. I mean they were bad. Have u seen ballerina feet? His weren't quite that bad but they had a similar kind of all over awful symptoms caused by being very active on your feet. The way he rolls his toes and rocks on the sides and stuff is also similar because of the wear and tear all over the foot. His nails were always splitting, often deep into nail bed with little wounds, dead skin, dry skin, lungs of calluses, peeling- it looks genuinely uncomfortable and unhealthy and it not only made me worry greatly for his happiness but also his health because he's immuno-compromised and is prone to staph infections and has PANDAS so he really doesn't need open wounds on his dirty feet (he won't wear band aids- not that they can stay on his active feet anyway, he won't keep socks or shoes on for long, no matter how clean the floor is, he still manages to have dirty feet.) So I clean the wounds, pack with newsprint and slather his feet with this and cover with clean socks. We also soak, exfoliate and lotion over night but even the slather and socks works great because it keeps the lotion on and exfoliates as it rubs while he moves around (just be careful of slip and falls and also don't leave covered too long or it's a fungus trap.) Its late, I'm half asleep. Point is, I've tried so many similar products, ALL of the main name brand companies that u see at the store, none of them helped half as much as this has. It's such a huge difference. I don't understand but it's the only thing I can count on to heal him up if we miss a few days and to maintain him perfectly if I cover his feet after he falls asleep. Like I said, heals dry skin overnight, peeling within a few days, splitting within 1 to 2 weeks and calluses within a month. But I'm talking super bad all over and within a month of once every night, he has completely different feet. The skin is healthy, supple, looks shiny, thick, healthy, no peeling, no thickening, no ash, no dry patches, the toes are so healthy, no splits in the nails, they're solid and healthy looking, no deep calluses under the toes... its 100% healed, made perfectly healthy and totally maintained. Recently we ran out and he's already got a nasty callus and deep split. I wish I could count on this to stay in stock. Last time they went out of stock, when it came back it was a lot more expensive, I'd already spent a fortune on Christmas so I just bought 2 and now I'm regretting it because they are sold out again. I wish everyone knew how great this stuff is. I'm sure it would seriously do a lot of good

I use this product around my eyes at night before bed. I swear to you, after the first night I woke the next morning with no circles--- a true FIRST for me.I work, have two small kids and care for a small farm of animals...so rest is NOT something I get and circles plague me.It's a bit oily of course but that wears off by morning. Love this stuff and plan to be a lifelong customer. :)UPDATE: Dec 2019...still using this every single night before bed. I do think I can live without it LOL! Nothing makes my face feel as good as this product. Instead of just my eyes, I lather it all over my face. And, if it's winter and I have been outside working all day, I use it multiple times a day.

I really liked this product the first three or four times I order it, the last two times the past couple months the package arrived with a cracked leaking cover and a scotch tape to cover. Also the texture of the lotion is not as thick as it used to be. It really disappoints me. I’m going to give it one more try.

This Lavender Shea Body Butter Cream is really great! I have always had extremely dry skin and now that I'm in my 60's, my skin continues to get drier & drier! It itches & stings as well. Also, last year, I went through breast cancer and a lot of chemotherapy and radiation, which have affected my body in a myriad of ways. The one that relates to my skin, is that the radiation has a systemic effect and therefore made my skin everywhere much drier. The Lavender Shea Body Butter feels so soothing, goes on great, and doesn't leave a greasy feeling. I really love it and would definitely recommend it!

Arrived with smashed lid with lotion inside the bag. Instead of hassling to return in, I cleaned it up and used it. Great lotion, just hesitant to order it again as it may arrived with the lid smashed....

I was trying to find a new body butter since my old stand by recently had an ingredient change. I ordered both the Cacao and also the Lavender from this company and was pleased by both. The scent of the Lavender is divine, it's so calming and relaxing but not overpowering. The product itself went on smooth and rich but didn't leave a greasy or heavy film. I found the body butter to also be a good value since a small dab easily did both or my arms or legs. It worked exceptionally well especially after being in the pool all day and that really dries out my skin. Will order again.

I'm a huge fan of lavender, especially at summer time because bugs don't! This stuff is great. It's a little oily at first, as most butters are. Once it soaks it, your skin is amazingly soft. After reading reviews I decided to try a little in my hair. It is also wonderful. Can be a little heavy so if you're not going to wash for a few couple days, just use it midshaft and down. I have actually seen curls again for the first time in years. I will purchase over and over!
