They broke up
They break and I've never had these happen to me before, I'll go back to my other brand.

No tools at ALL
I bought this for both the rubber band and the little plastic tools. They were needed urgently and whole day was lost buying some new ones because these were advertised with the tolls ambit didn’t include them. Incredibly disappoint.
