Great value starter pack
Great little starter kit to try out the gels and electrolytes

A great starter kit for anyone wanting to run longer distances
I used to only run 5k's because when I ran 10k, I would get these awful headaches later on in the day. It came down to the fact that I wasn't drinking water as I was running, but chugging it when I got home which apparently was too late. As someone with small hands, I hated holding a bottle whilst I ran so this kit was perfect for me with the small bottle included. Hydrating throughout my run meant I could go longer distances. While I normally wouldn't have the gels during a casual run, they really saved my bacon on race day. So all in all couldn't be happier with my trusty bottle and gels. Would recommend to anyone just getting into longer distances before they want to go full water bladder kit and kaboodle ;)

Taste amazing
Used these for my first half marathon, work amazing and give me so much energy. Very easy to use when running and they taste amazing unlike thick, horrible gels I’ve tried.
