Uneven toasting for $300
It’s pretty, but it does not toast evenly. It will toast the top part of the toast nicely and the bottom half not at all. Have to flip the toast around to toast the other bit, and ends up over cooking parts. For the amount this toaster costs, it is not worth it. Disappointed.

Pan quemado
Había leído muchas reseñas sobre este producto pensé que sería una excelente compra, pero no lo fue, se calienta demasiado, y el pan sale absolutamente quemado desde el nivel 2 (no quise probar más allá del 4, porque me pareció que podría llegar a incendiarse). Al notar que el pan se quemaba pedí con Amazon un reemplazo y me llego al día siguiente pero el nuevo tostador tenía el mismo problema así igual no devolví. Quizá sea un problema de este lote (173 el termostato y/o el temporizador no funcinan adecuadamente) las fotos muestran el pan con el nivel 1 y con el nivel 2 (el que está totalmente quemado)

Divine toaster!
As beautiful as expected! 😍🤩. Though pricy, the quality is what u pay for, it comes with good presentation and packaging. Also, is bigger than expected. I imagined it smaller. 30x20cm (longxwidth)The toaster is tooo potent. I learnt to toast my bread using the 1rst. or 2nd. toasting level only, cause a different level o longer time, it will make it burned.

met expectations
I was very nervous about getting this, it's very pricey. I'm happy though, it's not perfect, but I'm not sure a perfect toaster exists. The timing settings seem accurate, at least more accurate than any toaster I've ever had. The bread is toasted pretty evenly too, not old school toaster even but less bread rotating is needed than my last few toasters. The metal lever seems really sturdy, a nice touch as the plastic lever on my last few toasters was where I had my most problems. All that and it also looks really nice, I'm very happy. It is a bit big in relation to the size of the toaster slots, but that's not a real gripe.

burns toast
loved the colour and style< but it literally burns everything you put in it. We have to leave it on the first setting and stand by the toaster, so we can pop the toast up before it burns. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!
