HarperCollins Tad

Love the illustrations in this book. There’s a nice range of pages, with some dark and some bright, some simple and some busy. The story is good too, about a tadpole who’s slower at growing up than her siblings. I like how the writing is placed around the pages, with some text in different font and different sizes. It has a bit of counting in for practising numbers too. My 6 month old enjoys the pictures and drama of the story. I’m sure she’ll still like it as she gets older too.

I would recommend this book to everyone. Its a lovely story with fabulous illustrations and a nice message.
