This was smaller than I imagined it would be, even though it does give the dimensions when you look at it. It will hold a large plate of food and a drink however much more than that and you will run out of room. It is sturdy though and have had no issues with the legs or moving while using it.

After reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant to buy this, but I am so glad that I did. This thing is great! My boyfriend just had surgery and I wanted a tray for his food as he recuperates. I also have purchased furniture with this similar wood pattern and like that pattern so I hoped it would look as nice as the furniture. If you are considering getting this, get it! The legs work great or you can use it as a tray.

One of the folding legs needed some screws tightened to stay in the closed position, and the bar that creates the phone holder is not attached / falls out very easily when not upright. There were also some rough edges (on the handles!) I got splinters from touching and will need to sand down. Overall does the job, just needed some work out of the box! Very pretty tho.

I purchased this for my wife after she had surgery and had to stay in bed or on the sofa for a couple weeks. It was a great buy and worked nicely. It looks good too. It is large enough for a medium size plate, a drink, and a few other things. Depending on your body size, I do not recommend it if you are over weight. Its width and height is made for a medium to small person. The legs do close up, so if you wanted too, you could still lay it on your lap.

Seems to be great quality. As other reviews note the bar to hold tablet is not glued - I removed it completely as I have no use for it. Also as reviews state it is small compared to most trays but I find it to be a perfect size for sofa as many are too large when lying lengthwise on sofas or sitting in a lounge chair. It will hold an 11 inch plate or large pasta bowl and a drink - mug, glass etc. it will not hold multiple plates. I can also place a small holder for my phone with the plate and glass on the tray. It also fits over my lap perfectly - so no issue with height. Also fits a 13” MacBook but no room for a mouse or drink. It is very attractive and would suit many different decors. Legs do not fall when carrying and easy to tighten or loosen with a screwdriver. Overall I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend if a smaller tray fits your needs.

I bought the larger model, and it fits perfectly fine on my twin bed! I've chosen this over other designs because the dark frame and deep stain go better with my furniture. On the large tray I can fit: -Two regular sized bowls, small plate, large mug (divider in) -Large plate, large bowl (think "pho"), large mug (divider out) I think it's good they designed the device holder to be easily removed for optional extra space. I wish: -The angle of the current divider-slot was more upright to optimize how devices sit *while the legs are in use* OR -That there were a second slot you could place the divider in with a more upright angle Why? At the current angle (45°), devices will sit perfectly for your gaze *if* you use the tray with the feet "stowed away", i.e. tray resting on your lap. This can be done, and it's perfectly comfortable. But if the feet are in use (which puts the whole tray up higher), devices now appear to be angled too far back. Because I bought the tray with the intention to use the legs, I feel like the more "upright angle" for the divider should be prioritized (although if the design dilemma could be solved, two angle options for the divider is cool!) The surface of the tray has some wood-stain droplets that don't appear to be on the bottom side. It doesn't really bother me, but it could have been drilled the other way around for a "perfect" surface. It's possible this was a build error and that other trays don't have these droplets. I also opted to loosen the screws a bit on the feet since they seemed quite tight out of the box, I was a little worried about the wood splitting otherwise. Mostly removed a star because there is a competing model of the same size that goes for half the price ($27 CAD), but overall I am happy I bought this! Thanks!
