Great training tool
These targets are a good quality. Because they are foam I found a little trick. Push inward on the handles to make it a bit harder to punch out the middle or pull outward to make it a bit easier for the real small ones

My son can easily punch this out with 50% of his strength, and he's 11. If you're getting this for a karate or boxing student it's not worth it.
