I like the product very much. I received a floor model air conditioner and it was missing a few parts. So I checked out Amazon and found the parts I needed. Very easy to install myself and seems to be very durable. I would recommend these items.

These are really sturdy, good price and delivery was quick, couldn’t find a coupler to connect a 5 inch hose to my AC unit , but bought an extra hose coupler and it fit snug enough to connect the hose to the unit then just sprayed it with a little flex seal, working great !!

Not only do I have missing parts for the window install, but the piece that holds the tubing up to the AC (super important - the exhaust!!) Is totally missing. "Package" is two layers of saran wrap...no instructions, no labels, someone wrote on it in permanent marker. I took it out of the wrapping and was immediately disappointed. Cannot use ANY part of it.

First, does this work? Yes. However, we have standard window sizes in our house, by Renewal by Anderson (brand can make a difference) and using one of the additional adjusting slide bits with is a few inches too small, and using both is a 1/2" to 1" too large. The other issue is that we had to install it reversed as the hose assembly simply falls off the way it seemingly should go, that being with the flat side inward. That said, it fit our unit, quality isn't bad, it's easy to put together and it works. Would I get it again? Sure.

This is much thicker than I expected and the price was the lowest I could find. Exactly what I needed. You won't be disappointed.

Simple to install and easy to fit to my existing vent hose. Installed it on my whirlpool unit and it's a fraction of the cost of the factory replacement kit.

We were given everything but the adhesive seal strap in which we had to go buy our own even though it was said to be included in the product.

Missing the connector that goes straight to the a/c, but I think that would be too model specific. My connector is no longer being made so I cannot find one. I ended up duct taping the tube to my a/c, works.

As described by others, there is no quality control at all. My set came without the metal hardware, so there was no way to assemble the product. Returning the product immediately.
