Best mixing tool I’ve ever used.
I was mixing sticky ingredients which normally require wiping off the spatula or spoon before I can continue.The Spurtle just kept mixing until I was ready to put the rolls on the baking sheet.Had I known how much I would love mixing with it, I would have bought this set earlier! I can’t rate its longevity, but, since there are 5 Spurtles in the pack, I’m not too worried. Thank you for a great gadget!
