I have been around the web and in different stores, trying to find something that I like to go over our coffee bar area. This was definitely the winner. I really like how they look, and especially for the money. They last a pretty long time before they dim put if you use four decent quality batteries in each one. What I DON'T like, is the timer situation. I want mine to go on about 5:15 a.m. so that they are lit when we wake up at 5:30 to make our coffee and whatnot. The timer is made to where when you turn it on- it will stay on for 6 hours, and then go off automatically. It will then turn back on and off at the same time the next day and so forth... HOWEVER... In order to go on the time I like it to, that means I have to climb on a chair and disconnect them from the hooks above, change the used batteries, and then turn them on at 5:15 in the morning and hang them back up! Not thrilled about that! I can't understand why they don't have a variable system for a timer byusing a remote! Then they have to burn 6 hours before they go off, which is major overkill for us. I could use maybe two or three hours, and then have them go off, saving precious battery life to boot! But, NOOO!

I love this light, it’s cute and puts out just enough light for ambiance. However, I bought it to be placed over a table and I cannot reach it at all! My husband has to climb when we use it. Not good without a remote….

I think it's a good idea for a person to get a battery charger and rechargeable batteries for this little lamp because it started out as dim as a night light and now it just hardly has any light and I've only had it for like a week.

A pleasant design that helps to create a cozy atmosphere. Although there is only one brightness setting, my wife and I find it to be just bright enough for dining or just hanging out on our porch. We purchased 2 and hung them over our tables to one side. The brightness is neither overwhelming nor underwhelming, at least in our opinion. We agree that the switch is poorly placed and if the fixture were hung at a reasonable height, a stool or ladder would be needed in order to operate the on/off switch. I took a piece of 1-1/2" x 1/4" x 3" long lattice, split it in half and cut a v-notch on each end. I wound the cord of the fixture around the wood and tied it off with some cord that my wife uses to make jewelry. I used the same cord to hang the lights to our desired height. This method seems to work just fine. We'll see how well these hold up on our screened porch.

This made a good romantic dinner light for our table. Not bright enough but perhaps if we replace the bulb. My only recommendation is it would be best with a remote. Having to climb a step stool to turn on is a problem.

Great light for chill mood evening.

I'm looking to cut down on my utility bill so I've started purchasing battery powered lights. These were adding to my living room and they're absolutely beautiful! They're modern, light weight and they get the job done. They're a bit dim for my liking so I'll have to purchase a different type but for the price I DEF feel these are a great buy

Bought 8 for a party. Two styles.1. The long cord suggests that they hang high but switch is on the Hook Base and would be ceiling high. The disadvantage is that they are not remote. Therefore, if you hang multiples you may need to climb to turn them off and on.2. The bulbs screw in like a regular bulb, however, they are not replaceable, meaning, you need to replace the entire unit.One of my bulbs was broken in the box when I opened it. I thought the rattling was the remote.This was really a disappointment because the concept is great. If I could hang them stationary; operate them with a remote, and replace the bulbs when necessary, I could imagine getting great use out of these.

Pendant lighting for a rented property! The lighting of the bulbs are beautiful and it just adds an extra feature to your room.

I like my patio lamp a lot, it is not to big and looks very nice on my patio.Thank you.
