This study of Ester in God’s Word is excellent! Max Lucado is a clear and direct teacher. The video depiction of the story of Ester only enhances the teaching. I would highly recommend it!

I have not read the book yet but know it's a great read from the author. I loved reading other books by Max Lucado and can't wait to read this one next.

This is a great book of encouragement. Taken from the book of Ester in the Bible, it shows you why you should take a stand for God, not give in to the world or it's pressure, and trust in God that relief will come. If your world seems full of confusion, filled with crisis after crisis, or if your life is not turning out the way you want it to or if you have reached a winter where everything seems cold or dead this book is for you. Relief will come! This is the promise of the book of Ruth and of this book. The big question is will you be part of it?

Max Lucado continues to write powerful and very readable books. His latest, which relates the story of Queen Esther, is a wonderful example. Our small group has just begun this study, which includes a separate priced video. We have found it to be a great way to learn this inspiring Biblical story of courage and commitment.

As usual, Max Lucado writes another wonderful book that is encouraging, heartfelt, humorous, and even brought me to tears at times. All of his books are so well written, and this is no exception. God gave him this gift and he is using it to his fullest. This book is one of the best.

This is the book we all need right now. Just started it yesterday and can't wait to keep reading as well as doing the study guide. Great blessing.
