Arqbox24 Luminous Light Tent

I received this light tent today and I had made it mostly through the setup when I came to the last step of affixing the backdrop to the top post with the included clips. The clips were too weak to hold the backdrop to the post. I tried several different ways to get the clips to work, to no avail.The lightbox looks great, but without the backdrop, it's completely useless. I'll be returning it tomorrow if the seller does not provide me with a solution.I'm dropping this to a one star. I was able to get the backdrop to clip on with my own small clamps, but the zipper popped off when zipping it back up.

I saw Arqspin.com demo this tent with their software at IRCE. They had it set up in convention center to shoot 360 degree images with an iPhone (obviously not an ideal environment or equipment) and I thought it worked well enough to try. I've been using the tent for a few weeks now and so far it is holding up with frequent use without issue (velcro, zipper, LEDs, panel tears, etc. where my other tents usually fail). Obviously nothing fancy or magical in the product, I just want it to both do a good job - which it does - and, more importantly, last a long time. For the price this one is doing the trick.

Great product would definitely recommend.

Got this to go with my arqspin turntable and software- works like a charm. So far I’ve only used the white background, but looking forward to using the black as well.
