At 1X zoom the magnification is too high to be useful. Fixed 300x? Focal distance is approximately 1/4". When properly focused, the image is extremely pixelated. No depth of field whatsoever. The adjustable LED light does work, the small tripod works. Perhaps a small child would find this amusing for a few minutes.Extremely disappointed!
