FIRE STARTER
DO NOT ORDER!!! This bulb literally started to smoke the moment I plugged it in and later blew out a fuse a few seconds later. THIS IS A FIRE HAZARD. I ended up going to Lowes and finding A CHEAPER bulb, that is still working fine.

A nice looking bulb but barely puts off any light. I will be replacing with a light bulb from Lowes.

Ironically I had never seen a bulb like this in a store until yesterday. The day after this arrived at my house. So I must be on trend or something.It fits in any standard light socket, but is probably best used in some sort of hanging application because otherwise it is a waste to have such a cool looking bulb and not be able to see it. I am going to put this (along with some more that I will buy) in her chandelier that is over her kitchen table in her condo down here at the beach. A beautiful, warm glow, and cheaper than my local store!
I'm a big fan of these Edison bulbs, I first put one in a lass pendant hanging over my kitchen sink and was utterly in love! This bulb is so pretty - the light it gives off is a warm, amber glow and I have used this one in a pretty lamp in my daughter's bedroom. I love it and so does she, because it's bright enough for reading and playing by, but if she looks up at her lamp it doesn't hurt her eyes, and in the evening it makes her bedroom look warm and cosy. I've never ordered bulbs online before, so I was a bit worried but this one came very well wrapped, packaged in 2 boxes, and so was very safe and arrived in perfect condition.I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for a fair and honest review.
