"Same circuit" in this case is referring to the main circuit (panel). As long as both adapters are plugged into outlets that lead to the same circuit panel, connectivity will be possible.

By same electrical circuit, are you saying the same side of the panel? My panel is 220 volts. So I have 110 volts entering each side of my panel.
