Good Design That Helps Prevent Pill Mixups
Not dumb, but found myself with my old pill organizer occasionally getting confused by the layout of the days and taking pills at the wrong times or missing taking my pills altogether. This had to do with the need to sometimes flip the thing around to get the pills out & read the days in a normal fashion, and the way that the days ran backwards if you didn't make this flip. Also the days and nights were not sharply differentiated by their colors. But I don't remember exactly what the old one looked like because I threw it away soon after getting this one, since this one proved to be quite superior in most ways. The days for both morning and night run in a normal left-to-right way, and there's a clear and rational contrast between the day and night trays. The pill trays take a lot of pills and the latches have worked pretty good for me. Sometimes one of the latches will stick for mysterious reasons, but that's OK since it doesn't seem to be actually broken and is easy to open with just a little more effort when this happens. I think there should be more of a curve on the bottom of the trays which would facilitate easier pill extraction, but that small flaw is acceptable to me considering that the organizer has improved my overall pill-taking compliance and reduced the chance of making distressing and unhealthy errors. Also wish the night trays were a little bit opaque so I could see at a glace if there are pills within, but I guess you can't have everything. Verdict: Not perfect, but would recommend to any pill-taking friend.Note: It's possible to accidentally drop a pill between the trays, but if that happens and you struggle to get the pill out you can simply pop out one the trays and the pill can be easily recovered.

perfect for me
I bought this pill box in 2021 and it's now 2024 and I have no complaints. Cheap price, but not a cheap item. Durable, practical, easy to use. Better looking than the ones in the stores (IMO; I don't like the ones with all the bright colors) and a better price, too. I have "broken" mine more than once, but it wasn't actually broken, so it was an easy fix. Just know that the rows of boxes are removable, so you can clean the item, and the rows easily snap back into place. The lids are removeable as well, but I wouldn't remove them if I were you because it is unnecessary. But if one accidentally pops off, like mine did, you can easily put it back on. I recommend using a pill box like this one for your meds and supplements so that you can keep track of what you're taking so you don't accidentally overdose yourself. It also helps you remember to take your meds/supplements having your pill box filled and placed somewhere you can see it (but *OUT OF REACH FROM CHILDREN AND PETS*!!!VERY IMPORTANT!!!) If you take a very large amount of supplements and/or meds, or you take them more than twice a day, you might need a pill box with larger boxes and/or more rows of boxes. But this one is perfect for me.

Day and Night Pill Dispenser
The clasps are secure (so pills don't spill out), and the clear demarcation between morning and nighttime doses is helpful. The divisions have a good capacity to hold multiple pills (& that's why this is a winner).

works great but is a little big for traveling unless you need lots of pills

Highly functional
I bought this pill organizer to replace the one I had for the past 4 years. It holds pills from Sunday to Saturday for Morning and Night. The morning wells are clear and as a picture of a sun and the night wells are dark with a crescent moon - easy to figure out AM/PM without a problem. The days of the week are in bold abbreviated letters so you can't mistake one day/night from the others. There's an interesting feature that I haven't used yet, but you can take each strip out of the "caddy". This, I guess, is so you can fill each of the wells "easier", although I don't have any problems filling them the way they sit. Or, if you know you're going to be gone late, but it's too early to take your PM pills, you can detach that and take it with you. I really don't know what the advantage is to separating the AM strip from the PM, other than the fill the wells without having fumble-fingers. The maximum number of pills I have in each of the AM wells is 4, but it looks like you can easily have 12 of the larger pills in each. Each well has a "tab" that opens the "door" easily. This is the 2nd pill organizer I've had and I think it's a lot nicer than the one I bought 4 years ago.

I bought it for my grandmother and it is very functional and of very good quality, after having bought so many and none of them worked.

Hard
The night time is hard to use. It is the opposite from other pill cases. We are using it for now.
