The media could not be loaded. This backflow burner works.. I don't like the cones that came with it.. and one of the fish was broken.. but it does work.. not bad for 15 bucks

Love it!
This product is heavy, sturdy, seems to be good quality. My only complaint, as others have mentioned, one of the koi was dislodged and his tail was broken. As the box was not damaged at all, I have to assume it’s a manufacturing or packaging defect. The smoke does flow down as advertised, but not if there’s any kind of wind disturbance…so don’t put it close to a fan or vent. And as someone else mentioned, the little platform for the cones is not perfectly level so you have to balance the lit cones. The little incense sticks work well also and I leaned it slightly inward so the ashes would fall in the bowl instead of on my furniture. All in all, I really like it…the colors and craftsmanship look much more expensive than it was.

Nice but..
Caught it on sale which wasn't bad at all. However, the cones all smell the same..cheap and unpleasant... and I'm a incense lover. The sticks included all broke into pieces when i took them out the package. When I inserted one in the holder, they burn all the way down but making it hard to pull the left over piece out. U have to clean it after every use otherwise there will be build up and that too smells awful. My suggestion is to buy cones you like and use regular incense. Outside of that, its a nice piece.

Beware of Breaking
Very pretty and a wonderful size! However when I received it the koi fish in the bottom of the burner were loose for the entirety of shipping, and one of them arrived broken for me. Beware of this when ordering for yourself, but besides that it is beautiful!

it works pretty good, it’s a bit gental, sometimes the cones don’t stay easily but i’ve got it to work at least 6 outta 7 times so i like it

No hole
The hole for the backwards water fall was not completely done so it doesn’t flow properly

Mine came missing the goldfish on the bottom, that was ok. Incense that it came with never stayed in the holder, but when I got another brand of incense it worked better.
