Will Not Scan 35mm negative strip
The scanner works fine on everything I have tried EXCEPT 35mm film strips. Unfortunately, that is the reason I bought it. The software has menu options to recognize medium format film, but not 35mm. Because the scanner is intended to work largely automatically to enhance user-friendliness, it is like pulling teeth to force it to recognize a 35mm film strip, despite Epson's inclusion of a 35mm film holder with the purchase!
