Nuun, Drink Tag Energy Fresh Lime, 1.9 Ounce

Great stuff. I was told about this while training for a half marathon. I used it during training and it really helps keep you hydrated with just enough caffeine for energy but not jittery. I now use it daily for spinning and roller derby practice to keep hydrated during sports where I am sweating a lot. It has a pleasant taste and isn't gritty. Dissolves quickly, and is mildly effervescent. In my title, I stated perfect for before and during workouts because it has caffeine in it as an energy booster. I wouldn't drink this after a workout if you are heading home to go to sleep in a few hours. If it's in the morning, sure!

This is my favorite flavor of nuun energy. The other ones are nice to sample but quickly become unpalatable for me when I am exerting myself in an activity. There isn't much in the form sugar energy, so the caffeinated tabs are meant to be a supplement to real food. This also is not suitable for hummingbird feeders.

I like that these are packable for long rides. They are priced reasonably and consistent hydration. These do not have any digestive effects for me. It works great for me, especially since the ingredients don’t include Stevia. This does dissolve well in my water bottles.

These are great for rehydration; I love that there’s a slight caffeine boost and they replenish a lot of the electrolytes you lose when you’re dehydrated. However, the tablet is too big to fit into most 16oz water bottles. You have to break it in half and that can cause part of the tablet to crumble and not be able to be transported into the water bottle. If the tablets were reshaped, or scored for an easier break, these would get five stars.

Pros: I like this because it’s very low calorie/almost no calories and has stevia plus caffeine. I’m not a coffee or hot drink person, in the morning i like cold flavor water with caffeine. I was using crystal light pure energy that used stevia, but it was full of sugar, too sweet and had claimed to have 30 calories but I would say it had more. This isn’t overly sweet and is perfect. Cons are: I do wish it had more caffeine, I sometimes use two tablets instead. Expensive for daily drinkers like me especially if I have to use two tablets.

These are GREAT! I put two of them in my 24oz bike bottle during triathlons. They give you the perfect boost continue feeling energized but there is no crash on the run. I find that I like the flavor much better when I use two in 24 fl oz as opposed to the recommended 1 in 16 fl oz, which I find to be a bit too watery. Overall this product works very well and each one has about as much caffeine as one cup of coffee. So if you're looking for your next race day edge, a step up on your training or just a mid-day pick me up this a very good product.

I hate anything fake sugar. Sometimes I can tolerate stevia. This product passes the smell test for me, lol. I’m liking so far! Thx!

New flavoring has strong vitamin flavor, not nearly as good as the prior version.
