Open Top Filter
The description says top: handle and the pictures show handles. Why did I get sent one that is open top? How am I supposed to use this? What will it filter if the fluid can just travel through the top?So annoying and a waste of my time. Now I have to return it and wait another week for a filter so I can use the spa. I was counting on using it this weekend. How bout you all just send me the right filter. Avoid this product, just buy the other one and you'll probably get the right product and it's less expensive now.

NOT compatible with my Artesian spa
The listing said it was compatible with my spa. I ordered it to arrive when my spa would be delivered. The spa was delayed two months, so by the time I opened the box to compare it to my actual filter, it was too late to return it. BOO!

Works great. Half the cost of the basically the same filter at the location I purchased my Hot Tub.
This filter seems to be the same quality as the filters as I purchase from the location where I bought my Hot Tub. I prefer to replace them rather than clean them every 3 months. This makes it much more economical.

Artesian Pelican Bay Spa 07 - these work great
We have an Artesian Platinum Pelican Bay Spa(2007) and it's expensive to buy from the Artesian factory here in Vegas. These work great and are a much better value.

Great filter for our spa
We needed to replace our filter and guessed that this was the right one (we bought a house with an existing spa). It arrived right away and fit perfectly. The water is crystal clear and we are very satisfied.
