This product needs to be mailed in a strong box. It was mailed in a flimsy envelope and came with the product box and pods damaged. For the pricy amount charged for this product, it needs to come in perfect condition.

We were looking forward to trying this product. It was actually quite bad. I thought I did something wrong so I made another cup with less water. It had no taste; the slight taste it did have is indistinguishable.The description says they accept returns/refunds.Tried to return for a refund but it said ‘no returns’ when attempted

While I tried it for various reasons for my health. The pods seems to back up the drains as it leaves the pod at both puncture points causing hot water to pour out of the Keurig machine on to the floor.

Taste like crap, most of the K-cups don't fit correctly in my one-cup brewer failing to puncture the bottom when inserted resulting in a mess all over my counter. Would not recommend these and won't be buying them again!

These may be healthy but taste terrible!!! I added some honey to try to make it bearable.
