Secure latches with a great, versatile design
We had a problem with the door on our RV refrigerator coming open while traveling, dumping the contents of our refrigerator all over the floor. Due to the design of the refrigerator, these amazing little latches were the only devices we were able to find that would hold the door shut securely.

Excellent, but watch the video for installation instructions
This is the 4th box of these I have bought. I use these to secure EVERYTHING with my toddler son who is better than the average bear at getting into things and beating safety features. I gave all my extras to his daycare and my mother for securing their areas as well- the daycare director came back asking the next day where she could find them! These are excellent but there is a bit of a learning curve that some of the lower star reviews suggest-Once the latch is slid into place on that side (the non-latching side) it is permanent. But it doesn't really matter unless you need it to be specifically smaller, which I really have only found to be an issue for one or two times vs any other times. When securing on a drawer, I find if you can place the latching side on the outside of the draw on a flat panel, this is the easiest but I also understand this isn't always feasible.Like they mention in the FAQ, removing/replacing the latch placement will cause it to be much less functional. Best to just replace the whole 3M pads on the back.I do wish that you could buy replacement pads for them so you could continue to use them (we are going on vacation and are definitely going to use them to babyproof but there goes any replacement pads), but I am also sure I could make my own but I would also like to support this business as I absolutely LOVE these.

Don't touch until you watch the install video!
My 2 year old has recently decided that a smoky eye and a red lip is her jam and while I'm working from home during quarantine its not easy keeping an eye on her 24/7. We've had more than one beauty make over during this pandemic, now I can controller when the make overs occur! This works great! My toddler has repeatedly tried to pull the make up drawer open over and over again and the adhesive is holding with no issues! The lock is super easy to undo and re-clasps unlike a lot of other baby safety mechanismsThe one warning I was give is DO NOT PLAY WITH THEM UNTIL YOU WATCH THE INSTALL VIDEO. The box did not come with paper directions. There is some writing on the box but lets be honest who reads the box before opening things? The install is super easy but if you mess around with the clips before watching the video you will end up rendering it useless like I did.

Works as designed
I have purchased 3 different brands of the child safety locks with the 3M adhesive. I can now say that they aren’t all created equal. The Wappa locks advertise that you can get 10 for the same price as everyone else sells 6. I think these are inferior. When setting them up, the initial process of locking the strap in place is almost impossible. I always need to ask my husband for help and he’s always convinced it won’t work just before he finally snaps it in place. Not that big of a deal since you only do this once. However, I’m also convinced that I can tell which are which once installed – I just feel like the Wappa ones aren’t as smooth to lock shut. I always push twice to make sure they are fully engaged. I don’t do this with the Wonderkid. They are basically all the same but now that I need a few more, I’m buying the Wonderkid for a second time.WONDERKID Top Quality Adjustable Child Safety Locks - Latches to Baby Proof Cabinets & Appliances. Perfect for dark wood finishes
These are excellent! Hardly notice they're there at all... which means I often try to yank open my drawers unsuccessfully. (Oops!) Bought them because our cat has decided that sleeping in and amongst our clothes is the best thing ever. Luckily we're hoping to start a family soon, because I don't think these will EVER be coming off... at least, not without destroying the finish of our dresser. (Oh well, in 10 years give or take I'll probably want a new dresser anyway!)To apply, firmly press down on one side and pull it completely taut before pressing down on the other side. If it isn't pulled tight enough the drawers will be able to open more before the lock catches... also it looks neater. (Had to reapply one.)Overall these are 10/10 for me. At least for the color of my dresser, they couldn't be better. Easy to use once you get the hang of them. Highly recommend.Update: Almost 2 years later I had to remove and reapply new straps: finally had that baby and needed to tighten up the drawers a bit. They came off without too much struggle (a credit card, and fingernail for the leftover bits, did the trick!) and didn't ruin the finish of my dresser. Yay!
