Drink Me [Blu-ray]

I didn't read the DVD box before putting the disc in the player because I didn't want to be swayed by the hype that you usually see there...and that might have been a bad thing because for the first half-hour or so, I couldn't figure out what was going on. The first part of the film would have made more sense and been easier to follow had I known up-front about the whole vampire thing. Despite being hard to follow, I was riveted by this movie; I was on the proverbial edge-of-my-seat from the beginning to the end. For me, what made this film so memorable was that the abundant nudity and sex scenes were handled in such a stylish and tasteful way, yet they were UNBELIEVABLY erotic at the same time...I don't know if that's the work of the director or the writer or the person who does the screenplay, but it was a masterful job. This film likely won't appeal to straight men, but I recommend it highly for the rest of us.

I am not at all impressed! This movie phased in and out, in and out, from dream and imagination, to reality, back to dream and imagination. One of the main actors kept halucinating, and you never knew where you were in the entire movie... dream? or reality? never knew. i wanted to see real stufff... and it did not happen! this sort of stuff turns me on, but i am already living in imagination, not reality. i dont need to see a movie that delivers mixed up signals, with more imagination, than the real thing. big deal, You dont know where you are at?? Reality, or halucination? The producers try (really hard) to scare you in this movie. it did not work! just mixed signals, is all i got from all this. what a mess. Half the times, a guy was walking around with a mask. Ok, and your point? Not well done. Let's see the real thing! Try that on your next movie... some erotic scenes, and go from there. Yes, No?? Anything is better than this ... Quadrophenia ... Schizophrenia scenes of delusion.

Product value outstanding, story???? Non-existing.

Not exactly what I expected. Definitely erotic with some very graphic scenes of gore. Surprisingly very little dialogue, but atmospheric. Strange, and not entirely satisfying, ending. Worth another watch.

This movie merits two stars on the basis of its photographic qualities and fine acting. Where it fails lies in its unimaginative story-line consisting of dream like or hallucinative scenes which don't cohere clearly with the reality sequences. Then it all concludes in what I call "hanging in mid-air". You cannot rely on scenes of sensuality alone to carry a movie There has to be a measure of logic and plot variation or twists and turns, especially in a horror film to sustain the viewer's interest. The TV series "The Lair" is a further example in the gay horror genre that shares similarities with this movie and possibly an influence on the film maker. To sum up...this could have had the potential of being a great movie if the writing had been more ingenious.

This movie is great. The story, the cast everything. The DVD quality is good and my package was well packed and delivered on time. I thank amazon for keeping it up and I look forward to buying more in future.

One of the best gay horror films I have seen in a long time. Anybody who is a fan of gay independent cinema will love this movie!

One of the worst films I have seen -- including those made by junior high school students on their cell phones. You usually have a lot of leeway for independent LGBT films like this, but damn! This is utterly amateurish trash with no coherent story, abysmal acting and almost nonexistent storytelling. Avoid this film like the vampires (or whatever the hell they are) supposedly at the heart of this film.

Forse il regista ha preteso troppo dai mezzi a disposizione...un thriller senza pathos e con finale un pò confuso.Non sono certo sulla terza stella...la concedo per la buona volontà di realizzare qualcosa di diverso!

I enjoyed the film, one of the very few gay themed films I have seen that has a story to it and it wasn't just head rate porn when you have seen one of that sort of film then you have seen them all.At least we had a story here even if it was hard to follow in places. Enjoyable but not one that I would watch again

リージョン1だから専用のプレーヤーが必要。男同士のカップルに吸血鬼が入り込み一人を狙う、もう一人がそれを阻止しようとガンバル？話は単純で会話も少なめ、映像でストーリーを進めているで分かりやすい。吸血鬼とのセックスシーンは上半身中心で時にはシーツや木でカバーしている。男女なら怪しい雰囲気が感じられるが男同士は怪しさは表現できていない。いっそ全部映した方が別の怪しさが出るかも。裸と血の多い作品ではある。

Hatte viel mehr von diesem Film erwartet wwurde aber leider enttäuscht. Es gibt keine wirkliche Handlung und ich konnte nicht erkennen was der Regisseur eigentlich mit diesem Film erzählen wollte. Die Darsteller sehen eigentlich nicht schlecht aus und die Sex szenen sind eigentlich nicht schlecht für einen Soft Porno.

franchement? le navet de la décennie (au moins). je ne dévoilerai pas l'intrigue vu qu'il n'y en a pas.très peu de dialogue, une scène sur deux à poil. désolé mais faut pas confondre érotisme et nudité.de trop nombreuses et trop longues scènes où l'on voit simplement le couple dormir à poil sans couverture.et moultes scènes de douches et inombrables scènes oniriques d'un personnage qui sombre dans la folie enfin c'est du moins ce qu'il semble.les acteurs sont ultra mauvais et la fin, totalement absconse.fortement déconseillé.
