I had a plumber install it. They had a slight problem getting the handles just right. I read some negative reviews before I ordered it but we haven't had any problems. I think everyone should be aware that it has one drip when you turn it off and it should be turned off gently - hot hard. It seems that is the way it is made. If you push hard on it every time I think that is what is causing the handles to be loose or turn backwards for some people. Overall, it looks great and works fine.

DON’T forget the pop up drain like I did. It says right in the description but I missed it. And to get one at a box store will cost you 3X the price, REALLY. Faucet seems well made for the price. If you’re replacing an existing faucet, SAVE THE OLD WASHERS. The under deck washers that come it are too small for most cast iron sinks. If you’re going into other materials don’t drill your holes until you have the faucet in hand.

It’s a great looking products but we had two issues to install it. First that the hot and cold water hoses came marked backwards. Second, the seal on the drain is horrible and we had to adapt to stop leaking. I got a cheaper different brand for another bathroom and their drain seal was easier to work with. Besides that, I love it.

Looks nice but seems cheap. The handles are loose and there’s no way of tightening them that I’m aware of. Had to return one and get another one because it was missing parts. Also the drain stopper is much larger than typical drain stoppers, I would say it’s a little bigger than the size of a 50 Cent piece.

So it looks pretty and is functioning fine, but I installed this roughly a month ago and despite daily use multiple times a day, the water from this faucet tastes metallic. I thought I was going crazy but my daughter noticed the same, and only from this faucet.Also, description states that product does not contain drain stop, but when we received, it did.

Needed an inexpensive upgrade to the guest bathroom. Came across this nice looking faucet. It was at a great price and had nice lines. It looked even better in the bathroom. I bought another one to upgrade the master bath. Caveat... you will need to purchase the sink stop rod separately.

Instructions could be a lot more clear. Diagrams or drawings were fairly vague.
