Good price, but the activation process is kind of complicated. Maybe I am not a native speaker, and it took me a while to figure out how to activate it.

$19 plan OLD or NEW??
$19 plan has been upgraded and coverd 60+ destinations now. If i buy this, do i get the new upgraded $19 plan for 3 months or the old plan??

Great Customer Service Support
Ezkonnect customer service executive Ron was very helpful. I gave them my new sim number and activation code. then i gave my existing phone number, account number account pin and then within a minute he ported my old number and my ultra sim was activated and I could use it.He also helped me to create Ultra mobile login user id password and I could login Ultra mobile website rightaway and see my discounted price was applied. This is great service I loved it.
