Has anyone felt burning sensation immediately after applying it?

Yes, instantly!! The skin under my eyes got so irritated and red, but were thankfully back to normal the next day. I never applied it again and returned it.

Is this oil and alcohol free?

There is Benzyl Alcohol in it but very little. It is the second to last ingredient listed on the bottle.

I have not yet found a website that says if this cleansing gel foams or not?

It really doesn't foam very much. It does have a very nice, cushiony feel to it....

Can this product go under makeup?

I put in on under makeup. Just wait a few minutes for it to soak in.
