After having a phone run out of battery on a road trip, I decided having a backup battery would be a good ting. So I ordered this one, and got it a month later. They sent it with some kid who was on a Pokémon adventure of his own, trying to be the very best. It came in a box, with a cord lanyard attached, a short USB charging cable, and an additional keychain-loop lanyard. It has no instructions, so I'm honestly figuring it out as I go. Here's what I've got so far.1) Double-clicking the front button makes it light up. Double-clicking shuts it off as well.2) As it charges, the 4 dots around the button blink, and each stops blinking when it's incrementally full.3) 4 solid dots = full.4) As it drains, the dots wink out.5) Anybody got anything else?

I ordered this to go into a Pokemon Go-themed gift basket, and purposefully chose this item for the way it looks. I was incredibly disappointed when it came to discover that it does not look like the product pictured. Additionally, it came without a charging cord (which was specifically described as being included) and it says right on the product that it is 10,000 mAh, not 12,000. (The box has a sticker for the correct product, but it does not match what was in the box.) I am under time pressure for this gift basket and don't have time to return it or get a replacement. But I am extremely disappointed and will not recommend this product or seller to others.

Broken, rattles, wasnt in its box, packed poorly and separated, there is black dust everywhere which I'm assuming is ion battery all over my hands! No even correct version. Was a christmas gift! They won't replace it? Just a refund and I have to ship this junk back. Not ok! I just want it replaced! ! Not hard nor much to ask!

Looked nothing like the photo. It works from what I have used from it so far but was disappointed that it didn't look like the photo since I bought it specifically cause of the way it looks.

doesnt hold a charge for as long as I'd like, but I love it and I get so many compliments on it.

I received a poke all charger yes but not as advertised. The poke ball being advertised has two USB ports in the back along with the charging port for the power bank. The one I received came with only one USB charging port and it was in the front of the ball not in the back. I am dissatisfied with this product so I am returning it.

2 things, 1 the poke ball looks nothing like the one pictured. and 2 i didn't receive a charging cable with it. bought it as a gift, to late to return it. Extremely disappointed with this buy.
