The last few months I’ve been trying to do nail extensions on myself at home. I’m a cosmetologist so you’d think this would be easy right? Well no it’s still not easy even though I’m a licensed professional! Haha. So I ordered this kit because I needed a fake nail tip cutter and this looked perfect because I also needed natural color tips. I received it quickly and it was exactly as pictured. I moved the tips to a hard container I already had. The nail trimmer is perfect. The tips leave a little to be desired which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. As you can see from the pictures I posted, they have a more rounded edge on the smile line than normal. So I have to file all of them no matter what before I apply them. Other than that this kit is great!Every time I purchase something online, I always check the reviews. I count on others to help me choose the best option. I found this to be a great set at an AMAZING value! For $7.99 I received a good quality tip trimmer, 100 natural tips, a two-grit file, a padded buffer, and a manicure brush. The tips trimmer alone is well worth the cost, as these tools are being sold by themselves for $10-20 regularly.These are EXTENSION tips to add length for acrylic or gel overlay. I was a little nervous due to some of the past reviews, but I’m wondering if some of those buyers may have expected this to be the full nail coverage glue over style. All extension tips are a bit on the flimsy side in my experience, because they’re made specifically to be reinforced by the overlay of another material (dips, gels, etc.). I did a full set about a week ago and was perfectly happy. In fact, I got a little impatient soaking off my old set and cut one of my nails down into the bed. I needed these to hold it together and keep it from getting to the point of bleeding and hurting while it grows out. They’ve done that beautifully.Some small notes:-They are slightly on the shorter side, I’d say about 1.5inches. If you like the very long curved nails where you have to use the balls of your fingers to function, you may not be happy with the length on these.-The sizes in the width are a bit limited. Overall, they’re still plenty sufficient and I was able to get a great fit on every finger. But, of the seemingly 10 size options, at least to the naked eye, they appear to actually be 5 sizes - I can’t see a difference between the two “pinky finger” size options for example. It isn’t a big deal- I took a file and shaved off a tiny bit of the width on those where I was in between and they were perfect. But, if I were trying to use these for clients, there wouldn’t be enough variation for all of the many sizes and shapes humans and our fingers come in. :)

I bought these for a starter kit. I do my own nails and i was excited about this kit because it had everything i needed. The nails work, but i would only recommend them for temporary wear like 2 or 3 days if you are using gel. The nails are very thin and fragile. Several of the nails cracked during the application process. When i finally did finish the manicure, my thumb nail cracked while i was dispensing laundry soap into a measuring cap. I think these nails would work best for acrylic because they are very delicate and need a strong material to protect from cracking.The glue worked fine and so did the nail cutters.

Great price and quality! This was well packaged and sealed 2 times! It was all accounted for. Finally was able to find great natural tips with a good smile. I slightly pinch the tips before applying any of them for a lovely c curve! Will buy again once all has been used! The green smoothie file is so amazing! The dual side was able to slightly buff, and the shine it created was incredible!

The clippers and files are fine but I bought it because I needed all of the items and the tips are really just bad. They don't have a natural looking curve, they all seem to be inconsistent thicknesses and many have molding excess on the edges. The c curve is also way too drastic of an angle. They are unusable for me.

I ordered this kit to start doing my own gel nails and wanted the tips. I thought it was a good deal getting the extras and opted for this kit. The fake nails offer very little in size difference and I found that I had to file all but one on the sides to get them to fit. The files work pretty good but let's be honest, this is hard to screw up. The nail glue, if that is what you want to call it, took what seemed like hours to dry. While in reality it was only minutes, this still seemed like too long. The last piece, the nail clipper, looks cute being pink and all but the most useful thing we got out of this item was making sure the trash bag was all the way down to the bottom. I assume this was supposed to cut the excess nail off where desired however the only result I got was folding it in half in hopes of making a new nail trend.

I bought this for a deployment because I knew I wasn’t going to be able to get my nails done and wow! This is a good nail kit for beginners.

I used these tips to do my nails with dip powder at home. The glue didn’t last as long as the salon, about a week before half my nails popped off, but my nails looked perfect for the photo shoot I did them for.

Do not buy this kit unless you are just looking for a kit with a nail brush, some emery boards and cheap nails. Glue is awful and I didn’t even get to cut one tip. The clippers fell apart the first time I squeezed the handles. I should have listened to the other reviews. So disappointed. First bad review I have given for purchases on Amazon.

Its much more easiest to use than i've thought, it was my first time that use tip on my nail , i think it can be more carve on top to make it more natural but i use kodi top And base coat that is make my nail more natural, totally i like the product and the cost is good

The package arrived a lot sooner than expected. The only reason I gave this product 3 stars is because of the other items it came with. The nail tips are poor quality. They tended to break in the centre when I pressed them down on my nail to allow the glue to dry. The nail clippers and emery boards are great ! Would not purchase again or recommend.

Came in a shipping bag , all the pieces loose. No where to put anything , have to have your own storage lol the plastic case the nails come in is so cheap , as soon as you open all the nails get mixed together and now you have to sort them hahaha was not impressed

nail cutters didn't work, brush fell apart- all within the first usewould appreciate compensation
