The flakes were thicker than the ones I had from Philippines. And the taste was quite bitter. Im not able to eat like snack but add to lasagna and pasta sauce

I like these when I've run out of fresh garlic. They're great to add to ramen and stir-fry, soups etc. Also good sprinkled on top of salads...but watch your teeth!
