Tastes terrible
I had been using frau fowlers tooth powder but I tried this one when my usual was unavailable. It tastes terrible and feels like I’m brushing with chalk

The taste is not really the best
The taste is not really the best compared to Banyan Botanicals tooth powders. But the price is better. I am using it till the end but I am probably not reordering. One more thing: I was supposed to get a free bamboo toothbrush and never got it.

Love it!
I am so impressed with the product!I have been using it for 2 months and even my hygienist noticed the difference. She said my teeth were whiter and cleaner than at my last visit (6 months ago) and I had almost no tartar buildup. I also feel the difference and it has helped me with my sensitivity too. Knowing that it is a natural product makes me even happier!

Plastic in packaging
I bought this product to specifically avoid plastic. The tin had a plastic seal, despite having a well fitting screw on lid and a plastic product label. The seal could be eliminated and the label could be paper. The flavor is alright but not overwhelmingly refreshing. I don't believe any toothpaste whitens, certainly not the kind that I bought in the grocery stores for decades. I won't be buying this product again due to the use of plastics.

Very Cleansing, Tastes Great & Whitens Teeth
I'm a toothpaste freak and I especially love tooth powders. So when I see one come along that I've never tried and doesn't include fluoride, as well as being all natural, I'm all over it. I'm happy to say, that this tooth powder passed with flying colors... with that being nice clean, white teeth. The powder is an off-white superfine clay. It dissolves as soon as it becomes wet. The lather is pretty good and a little will do your whole mouth. It is not abrasive at all and should be ideal for sensitive teeth. To me, it felt so soft that I had to look in the mirror to see if I was even using enough. All other tooth powders that I've used before immediately dissolved when wet, but were very grainy to the eye. I love most of them, but this one is a whole different experience. Also, I think that this one might be safer on the enamel and better for softer teeth.I absolutely love the taste. Mostly, I tasted just a little bit of mint, but enough to help freshen my breath. It's extremely low on sweetness which I find perfect. No bitterness at all. I'm just delighted not to have to put up with some horrible super sweet additives just to make it palatable to a market that tends to like their oral and food products overly sweetened. That alone deserves a star of its own.Now here's the weird part - how in the world do you get this on your toothbrush from a shallow tin? I still don't have that quite worked out yet. If you are dipping and diving, than you want to make sure that you are the only person using this powder since it's a guaranteed germ spreader move. That method might work well enough with a manual brush, but don't make the mistake I made with a sonic toothbrush. First off, I started out doing it the dumb way. Yeah, I did it. I gently dipped the toothbrush into the tin while in the on position. That could have been a real disaster! Fortunately, I only skimmed the surface and ended up with just a little powder sprayed just outside the tin.Okay, so then I tried the same thing but with the toothbrush off. Being a sonic toothbrush with a silicone head, it's too small to pick up much and it just doesn't stick. (Sigh)So then on to my next trick. I pinched a few pickings on top of the toothbrush. That works but do make sure that you not turn the toothbrush on until it's securely inside of your mouth or you will end up with powder all over your sink and floor. Once inside the mouth, rev up your engines and you are good to go.I'm still working on how I'm going to master the use of this tooth powder. Thinking of tracking down a tiny little spoon to keep by its side to gracefully (Ha!) layer the powder over the head of the toothbrush. All I can say to you is... good luck! After all was said and done, and the bathroom was cleaned up, I noticed that my teeth looked a little whiter. A total win, once I can master using this powder.

Works Well!
I have never used tooth powder, but I am intrigued by it due to the natural ingredients. I eat a lot of natural foods, so it makes sense to brush my teeth with natural ingredients, too. The container was sealed with plastic so that the contents would arrive in tact. I unwrapped the plastic and had to work a little to get the lid off. Since I knew it was a powder, I was careful when I actually opened the container so that I wouldn’t spill the contents. I did end up spilling a little because the can is so full, so you’ll want to be cautious when opening up the container. The flavor makes my mouth feel minty fresh! My teeth definitely look whiter than before and actually look like I just spent 15 minutes whitening them out instead of only 3 minutes of brushing. My teeth feel extra smooth afterwards, too. I like the refillable container, but it could be easily spilled so that’s why I knocked off 1 star; otherwise, I highly recommend this toothpaste powder!

Works well
This is the first time I've ever used a powder toothpaste and I'm very impressed. It smells like mint, but doesn't taste great which I guess is good because there are no added sugars or flavors that are bad for the teeth. It's super easy to use too; just wet your toothbrush and dip it in. My teeth feel clean and my breath fresh. While I understand the purpose if this product it to be eco friendly, the metal container it comes in is really difficult. You have to be extra carful opening it so the powder doesn't go everywhere. When closing it you have to be very exact otherwise it gets stuck and then it doesn't close and creates a lot of tension trying to fix it and then powder going flying. I'm not what can be done to fix this, but it can get frustrating and there are too many chances to loose and waste the toothpaste. The product itself it great and I recommend.
