I bought the pen but seems the needles don't fit or i am doing something wrong, is there a video abou how to prepare

I don't know of a video. It should be straight forward though. I just looked at the pen you ordered and it's different than the one I ordered. Mine takes 4 different needles and mine are square at the bottom to fit in the pen but this one looks as though it's round. I'm wondering if you have the right lancets for the pen you ordered.
