Their customer service is the best
I am very happy with their customer service. I ordered a 6"x10" card with randomized stats. The card came with all stats showed as 99 which clearly was not "randomized". My husband was happy with the card quality although he was a little upset that the stats were not realistic. I contacted the customer service during the weekend and surprisingly they responded to me right away. They sent me a replacement within the following week with my custom stats! (I know! My original order was to randomize the stats but I asked them if I could actually have some custom numbers for the replacement). My husband and I are very happy with the card. I would definitely recommend this item to anyone who is a soccer fan. This would make their day :)
