We ordered 2 boards but only one showed up It looked like originally they came in twin boxes but they were ripped apart and damaged during shipping. Only one showed up right before Christmas with parts from the other box. The board inside was OK though. We called the manufacturer and told him what the problem was. He sent immediately a replacement board and told us he will worry about finding out what happened to lost board. The replacement board arrived Christmas Eve and was an upgrade to what we ordered. Both grandsons were so happy when they got their boards. They took it to the beach Christmas day even though it was cold. Great service! I hope they found the missing board and were able to sell it to someone else.Thank youAl and Betty Navarrete

Showed up in a damaged box with scuffs and marks on the board, but worked fine.Also, the design was completely different than the picture. The one we got was White and kind of plain looking.Does it’s job fine, but kind of a crap shoot as to what you get in the box.

Great board. Read the fine print, the photo of the board is not necessarily the one you will get. It does say that they ship ones they have in stock. Luckily my daughter liked the color of the board that arrived.

This is an amazing board better than expected

After receiving a board that came in a box with nothing at all wrapped around it to protect it -- with dings and scratches (clearly it was used), I returned the product and asked for a replacement. The replacement arrived as one would expect -- protected in bubble wrap. Really cool board and my son loves it.
