Easy to install and works flawlessly
I bought my lock in November of 2021. I got it and read the instructions. It was easy to install for an average adult; but not for a child as pictured! I've had the lock for over five months now. I read all the horrible reviews on this product and thought to myself "these people must be very ill equipped" to put it nicely. The lock is made of heavy duty metal, is easy to install and program. It has worked flawlessly every time. I love not worrying about having my keys with me. And better yet, it locks securely behind me seconds after I close the door. I've shopped around a lot before buying this lock and haven't seen one that even comes close to the quality, performance and durability for a lock at this price. I an to buy two more to install on my rental units. I have highly recommended this lock to all my good friends. Chuck 🐸

Very difficult to program
Nice lock but very difficult to program

It doesn’t read fingerprints.
I program my fingerprints three times in three days. A few hours later, it doesn't open.
