I use these in the kitchen on a dimmer. Brightness and color temperature match the other brand perfectly. No flickering.

Just install the light bulbs and it is very bright however I am confuse as the box said led but the light bulbs itself doesn’t said led. Should the light bulbs also say led?

These bulbs are labeled 990 lumens, but they are brighter than the original 1100 lumen bulbs we are replacing. They are also labeled 2700k, but they are noticably whiter than the originals that were also labeled 2700k. Worst of all, one of the six bulbs that came in this package was dead on arrival. Did I really expect quality from cheap chinese bulbs? Good thing I only needed 4 of the 6 because I'm not going to send all 6 back to amazon for a single bulb replacement. Buy more than you need, or buy something nicer.

Now when I first wanted to find some light bulbs I did not know I was going to come across such a long lasting light bulb, wish they lasted forever since I hate changing them, thank you <3]

Not a good finished look, I’ll stick with Home Depot house brand that fills the fixture much better.

Fair price, and works fine

These do a very nice job in my slanted cathedral ceiling (height from 9' to 18').

Good range of light between full brightness and when dimmed right down. I've had others that just shut right off before the dimmer switch is near fully dimmed.

The good part is that after using more than 10 years of LED lights with space age design of obvious LED patterns in middle surrounded by giant aluminum grids of heat sink for bulk to cover the BR40, when one start go burn out, I've decided to go back to the basics and gets one that looks like a regular bulb - aesthetically it is much more pleasing as it matches the ambiance of the room's decor when it's off - home many people decorate their homes in cyberpunk styles - the solid whitish glass gives much better vibes to a normal room.Also LED bulbs used to be extremely expensive, especially in the BR40 wide size (maybe it's the aluminum fancy heatsinks that belongs in a spaceship) and although I did notice normal LED bulbs have become really cheap, only when I have an LED potlight burn out that I started to look for BR40 ones. These ones are cheap.Out of a box of 6, one was defective (the screw on part of the bulb was squished and compressed so unusable. This is the only bd QC problem I have --- it's too much hassle to return the whole box over one bad bulb - but hopefully the manufacturer has a system where if I sent them a picture of the defect, they'd mail me back a single working one as replacement.There's not enough time to assess whether these ones will last the 10years+ that the last ones did, though it's rare for me to have an LED bulb that doesn't last for years.

Bought these to replace more expensive ones that were failing, So far they are great no issues, no flickering when dimming etc... Very happy with purchase highly recommended

I am a big fan of the "incandescent" lighting and these bulbs do the trick. happy Guy !
