I live Kinesio Gold. I’m a therapist and I use it on myself as well as my clients. Stays on for days; but doesn’t damage skin. Good support without being restrictive. My go to for taping. 👍

I found this to be the best KT tape. I’ve used it for decades. I tried another brand and was very disappointed… It turned out A lightweight version of Kinesio.

I'm in the medical field and I've been using this for years. It does help with various muscular strains if you know how to use it. There is a proper way to apply the tape for different uses and muscles. It is not a cure all. It is a tool to help with recovery and healing. You really need to follow up with a physical therapist or an orthopedic doctor if you are having chronic or even acute issues. This does adhere well even with showering, but it does peel so skin prep and proper use is very important to make this last. Very pleased with this item, but I feel like it is pricey for what it is. I would recommend this product.

I use this all the time in and back and tight IT band. It is a game changer. It will immediately relieve pain when applied correctly. I cut the corners off so that the corners don't get caught on clothes so that it lasts longer. Have ordered more than 5 times. Will continue to order. I've tried many other taps and they just don't hold up as long. Amazing for the price
