I like these rodent deterrents very much and have a few in my house with good results. Twice, however, I have ordered more and they have arrived broken. That is a huge headache bc you can’t just send back the broken ones but have to return the whole order. I will never use glue pads (cruel) nor poison (poisoned rodents also kills any animal who tries to eat them) so I guess I’ll just keep trying to get more of these!

I bought it on March 14th and it is currently March 28th. The machine stopped working after about a week and now the birds are back in my ceiling. The machine worked great to drive the animals away but despite it being plugged in, there is no light function anymore. It tries to make a noise but it’s barley loud enough to do anything. Now I have to go buy a different one, hopefully that works.

WE had a rodent infestation in the walls, they were either squirrels or rats or both. They were loud, scratching at the walls and floors at night right behind and inside our bedroom wall; their activity would vibrate the bed and it felt like they were right behind the bed. We tried another sonic rodent device to get rid of them and it had no effect. We tried this two days ago and Boom! Just like that, they were way less noisy the first night. And the second night, couldn't hear them at all. If you have an infestation, I highly suggest you try this; there's a GREAT chance it'll do the job.

This device, only worked for a week indoors before stopping all functions, and while it worked a bit, it work well. Overall it was a waste of money. Wouldn't recommend unless desperate.

This products has good intentions, to scare away pests from places they are unwelcome. For example rats.... the product makes cool noises, lights, and it small. It doesn't do what I bought it for. The rats are 10 ft in a open space and what I can tell by the dropping, walking right by this machine. Its not doing its job. If you want something that will not work and wind up in the garage sale next summer, go for it.

Bad experience. In two days it stopped working.
