I prefer the "sandpaper" exfoliators because they work so much better than the pumice ones. However, I usually end up buying the plastic ones from the local drug store that only have one sanding surface, and also have a brush and/or a metal file or pumice surface, because that's all I can find. The plastic ones are bulky, have a very small sandpaper area, and I go through them quickly because they usually break quickly or the sandpaper comes unglued.This doesn't have that extra stuff that I don't personally need. These files are very thin and I thought they wouldn't hold up, but they hold up very well. Keep them up high if you have dogs - my dog got ahold of one and chewed the end, and I'm lucky he didn't get splinters from the wood. But otherwise, this was a great purchase. It's double-sided and I suspect one side has sandpaper that's a finer grit than the other, but the difference is negligible so I use either side without worry. I use them wet or dry, and even with it being in my shower and getting wet a lot, the sandpaper surface has not dulled or loosened from the handle. I would buy these again, but with three in a package, I won't have to for a long while.

This works great for removing callouses from your feet. I also use mine for managing my thick fungus toe nails. It is far better than a nail clipper. It leaves them smooth.

One stick will definitely last you at least 10 scrubs. After about 3 uses, one side started to peel off. I could've thrown it out, but you can just superglue it back. I know people complain that they don't last long, but I honestly don't want it around long. It collects the dead skin from your smelly feet....uhhh no thanks. even if it lasts only twice, I think that is long enough.I keep it in a non bathroom area when not in use to keep it dry and from peeling apart. would purchase again.

I have no idea why these are rated so low. I bought a three pack 4 years ago in 2015. The first two I tossed during vacations where I just didn’t feel like repacking it. The third one I am still using 4 years later and saw the low stars when I came to finally replace it. They worked fabulously for me and were super cheap.

Will they work? Yes, but are very small compare to others for the price. Save your money.
