I frequently have sore joints this is not a cure-all but it does seem to help with joint pain. Supposedly this has other positive effects too but I can't verify those. It can be irritating to skin. I find if I put a small amount on it can itch a little bit. If I put a lot on it can burn a little and leave a red mark. I've had no serious problems but someone with sensitive skin could. If the first time trying it try, putting a small amount on to see how your skin will react.

Arrived on time. Opened first bottle and roller did not work. Second bottle fluid poured out and caused skin redness, burning and itching to lower back. Gave a bottle to my adult son, who experienced the same skin issues on his shoulders and upper back, as fluid again poured out of Roll on bottle. Opened last bottle hoping it would work, and this one would not roll on, even after several minutes of rolling on my leg. Just tried to get a refund, but the want me to return them. Open bottles, 2 that were trashed, and 2that leak! USPS won't allow that. Last time buying from this company. Had previously bought another brand in a bottle that worked very well for me, but thought the roll on would be much better, man was I wrong!
