Manufacturing defect.
The shoes are defective and do not live to the reputation of such a big brand. In less than 9 months, and not a very rough use, the threads have come out, making it look bad. Such detects not accepted.

Amazing shoes....great design and comfort. Go for it. Worth your money. It fits really well and nice quality of material used.
