Best source of info on modern performing strongman training
I have been interested in the training of old time/performing strongman. This book is excellently written in a way that makes it concise in getting to the author’s points, but goes into enough detail to give the reader a high level of understanding. The various chapters flow well if read in that order, but they also each serve as self contained chapters of information into aspects of training/nutrition etc. Overall I love this book and have already begun using lots of the advice to help me in my journey into performing strongman feats and being all round strong

The secrets of old time strongman, A lot cheaper than a time machine
Well written, great for anyone interested in a resurrection of the side show, strong man.Also, great exercises for anyone interested in shaking up their weight training/bodybuilding routines. There are great work out plans that can be modified. He also gives us a holistic approach to the importance of a diet, sleep hygiene and posture when weight training.
