Le mitigeur ayant rendu l'âme vendredi soir, il me fallait une solution de replacement rapide. Rien de très qualitatif chez Casto ou LM (chinoiseries ?) et pas envie de remplacer à nouveau le mitigeur dans 3 ans -> me voilà parti à chercher un mitigeur design et quali a faire livrer sur le week-end. Mission accomplie !L'objet semble très qualitatif, en laiton massif et les détails montrent des usinages hyper propres, et une conception sérieuse. Installation sans souci, même pour quelqu'un comme moi pour qui c'était une première. En espérant que le prix soit effectivement justifié par la qualité sur le long terme...

Ho acquistato questo miscelatore dopo una lunga e attenta ricerca. Alla fine ho scelto questa marca fidandomi delle varie recensioni e devo dire che posso solo confermare le opinioni positive che avevo letto.Il prezzo non è sicuramente alla portata di tutti, ma se si cerca un prodotto di qualità secondo me vale la pena spendere un po' di più. In precedenza avevo un miscelatore di un'altra marca tedesca, molto blasonata, che sinceramente mi ha davvero delusa.Questo miscelatore ha due modalità di erogazione. Quella di base è il classico getto "pieno" che eroga più acqua, utile per esempio per riempire le pentole velocemente. Premendo il pulsante presente sul doccino si passa alla modalità "doccia" un po' più energico e utile per esempio per la pulizia del lavello ma anche per lavare frutta e verdura (finalmente senza schizzi!).Estrarre il doccino è molto facile e comodo e rientra in posizione facilmente e in modo fluido.Il fattore estetico poi per me è stato essenziale per la scelta. Visto dal vivo è ancora più bello ed elegante (ho acquistato il modello satinato in acciaio inox, davvero elegante).Per quanto riguarda il montaggio, è stato semplice e intuitivo a detta di mio marito, non esperto del mestiere ma con una certa manualità.Insomma un prodotto molto valido, ad un prezzo sicuramente importante, ma dopo qualche tempo di utilizzo sono sempre più convinta di aver fatto un ottimo acquisto.

I bought this kitchen faucet 6 months ago and installed it 4 months ago, I was very pleased in the beginning. But in the last month or so I started to notice that is peels.I'm very disappointed from the quality of the product, especially since I purchased it for a lot of money and from a Hansgrohe that is considered excellent manufacture.

Was faulty from day one. Took weeks to get Hansgrohe to look at it. Endless photos and videos and being fobbed off. So disappointed with the quality and having 6mm flexi tubes that cannot be removed it has slowed down the flow to a ridiculous level. If they had not messed me around so much I could have returned in the given time but they dragged it out till it was too late. Hundreds of pounds wasted.
