i put it in my smoothie or just some hot water you have to get use to the taste but other than that its awesome

Good
I’ve only tried it once in my coffee but it tasted pretty good & seemed to do what it said it would. Not sure if I would use it in a smoothie but that’s just me.

This lives up to the description!
The serving size is ONLY A GRAM. I tried this out in a decaf chai iced tea I made at home. I had energy for hours with my toddler and only drank half!Good stuff & worth the money.
