Mine currently shows about 26v on one side of the two terminals marked "24v ac" inside the enclosure. box acts normal, but no stations run!

I have model wt57-1-1-003 class 2 not wet class 3 wet. what is that revering to ?

wet class simply means the transformer is more moister resistant than dry (indoor) class.

should AC1 and AC 2 both be putting out 24 volts on a 2 zone system?

Hello, First, it doesnt matter how many zones you have. Your transformer should show 24 to 29 VAC when you probe the yellow wires. Leave green out of testing procedures. Thank you

Whom to call about the warranty of this product? My transformer worked for 2 months and gone bad again.

You can try to get a refund from the manufacturer/supplier. Use it to buy a WiFi enabled transformer from Orbit. It's not worth the hassle of trying to fix the Hunter product. I had the same experience and decided it wasn't worth the effort to fix the Hunter product again.
